The Woodsmill Pointe Condominiums were built in the early 1970’s. Some of the early homeowners still reside in the community. The community is a well rounded mix of single level garden style and multi-level condominiums. Located in Chesterfield which is recognized of one of the best areas of St. Louis metro area to live. Woodsmill Pointe was originally built as the Forum West Condominiums.
PROFESSIONALY MANAGED
The Woodsmill Pointe Condominiums employs a full time manager who oversees the day to day operations and activities. A board of directors made up of homeowners develop the policies of Woodsmill Pointe.
WOODSMILL POINTE PROVIDES
The list of ammenities, furnished as part of Woodsmill Pointe living, includes all building exterior maintenance (including the roof) , landscaping, swimming pool access, water, sewer, trash pick-up, snow removal, common area lighting, structure insurance, exterior pest control, coin operated laundry (garden units) and street maintenance.
All homes have either a balcony, patio or deck. All units feature covered parking. The complex is made up of 146 homes. The complex includes an outdoor swimming pool and a clubhouse that is available for use by the homeowners.
