Woodsmill Pointe Condominiums were originally built as the Forum West Condominiums. Construction was begun in the late 1960's and was completed the early 1970's. The community was built in two stages which is why there still remains two governing boards of directors. Over the years our community has remained a great place to live and raise a family. The neighborhood grew up around us and today is a strong and growing town with great neighborhoods, schools and of course shopping opportunities. |
