Insurance Coverage - the insurance policy is common to both Sections and covers the external structures and common property. Each homeowner is required in the by-laws to carry condominium insurance type HO6 - The homeowners insurance carrier needs to know the details of Association Master Policy in order to provide coverage that meshes with the deductibles of the Master Policy |

Declaration of Condominium - This is the primary legal document adopted by the Assocation.

Association By-Laws - The are detailed rules of conduct for management and the homeowner. These are authorized by the Declaration of Condominium and are subject to change or addition by the board. |
Association Rules - further define the original by-laws. These are created by the Board of Directors and effect gets into all the issues, big and small, that the Board has encountered throught the years. It is how the Board governs the homeowners. It covers the majority of the issues that may arise. |
Supplemental Rules - These are modifications that are made to augment the Assocication Rules for situations not addressed by the original document. |
